Winchester District Community Strategy

This Community Strategy sets out a vision for the future of the Winchester district over the next 20 years. It also sets out how we will measure our progress towards this future, and draws out where people think action is needed most urgently.

The strategy consist of five themes:

• Health and Wellbing
• Freedom from Fear
• Economic Prosperity
• High Quality Environment
• Inclusive Society
