Winchester Neighbourhood Watch Scheme

Neighbourhood Watch is a volunteer organisation which exists to reduce crime and the fear of crime by having effective two way communication between residents, the police and other partners such as Crime Stoppers, Community Safety Partnerships and Trading Standards.
