Performance

Winchester Community Safety Partnership aims to provide the public with updates on a quarterly basis about the partnership’s activity in relation to the current priorities. Priorities are determined by the annual Strategic Assessment and the aim of this feedback is to inform the public how we are tackling their priority concerns.

The Partnership Annual Delivery Plan is developed upon the findings of the annual Strategic Assessment. The current priorities are:

  • Reduce violence with injury offences, focusing on the night time economy and domestic violence
  • Tackling Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) with a focus on vulnerable victims, alcohol and drugs related ASB
  • Reduce re-offending and the number of first time entrants to the youth justice system

The following governing bodies currently receive regular reports about the CSPs performance:

  • Winchester City Council Social Issues Scrutiny Panel (SISP)
  • Hampshire County Council County Strategy group
  • Hampshire Police Operational Command Unit (OCU)

Updates are provided on a quarterly basis and are available as downloadable documents from the relevant subsections: performance updates for the current year can be found in current performance and performance updates from previous years are included in an archive section.
