Hampshire Probation Trust

 Hampshire Probation Trust is one of the 35 Trusts that make up the Probation Service in England and Wales. As a result of the Policing and Crime Act 2009 the Probation Service became the sixth responsible authority with effect from 1st April 2010, which placed a statutory duty on the Probation Trust, along with the five existing statutory partners to deliver on the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
