Winchester PubWatch

Winchester PubWatch is a proactive crime reduction partnership formed between city centre licensed premises, Winchester Police, Winchester City Council, CCTV and Winchester BID. The actions of the partnership are a key driver in creating a safe and enjoyable evening economy and a city centre that feels safe.

The 30+ licensed trade members are linked by radio to the city’s CCTV network and city centre beat police, fighting crime through better partnership working.

Winchester PubWatch works to tackle drink related crime and anti-social behaviour in a coordinated and effective way, identifying and deterring prolific offenders.
