The Community Safety Partnership (CSP) has a responsibility to produce a strategy to reduce crime and disorder as part of a three year rolling plan. Each year the CSP agrees an annual plan of action which aims to deliver on the priority targets for the forthcoming year. This year Winchester Community Safety partnership will be supporting the Hampshire Alcohol Partnership’s Campaign to ‘love your liver’ as part of National Alcohol Awareness week which will run from 14th to 20th November.
