Winchester District Children and Young People's Partnership

Welcome to the website for the Winchester District Children and Young People's Partnership.

The Partnership was established in July 2006, to co-ordinate multi-agency work across the Winchester District in support of the Hampshire Children and Young People's Plan.  The Hampshire Plan was developed in response to 'Every Child Matters', which aims to improve the life chances of children and young people.
