  • Major improvements to Winchester High Street, in partnership with Hampshire County Council
  • "Wheels to work" scheme, a partnership project with Hampshire County Council, East Hampshire District Council and neighbouring authorities
  • Annual delivery of the Winchester Business Excellence Awards, a partnership program between Dutton Gregory Solicitors, the Hampshire Chronicle, the North Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and the Winchester City Partnership.
  • A small project group tasked with devising real ways to help Winnall businesses plan travel for their employees
