Developing a Climate Change Adaptation Plan

In addition to the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions urgently in order to avoid the worst impacts of climate change (mitigation), there is also a need to prepare for the climate change over the next few decades that we are now locked into because of past greenhouse gas emissions (adaptation).

We are working through a five-step process to identify local climate impacts and future scenarios; employing risk assessment and developing an adaptation plan.
