Solar PV on Council owned homes and corporate buildings

Winchester City Council is investigating the possibility of working with partners to provide solar photo voltaic (PV) panels to Council dwellings, offering free electricity to tenants at certain times of the day and potential income to the Council with no requirement for capital investment.

WCC Cabinet considered this proposal on 8 December 2010 and agreed to progress with the work.  The Cabinet report is available on the link on the right.
