Black and minority ethnic engagement project

This BME engagement project has been running since April 2006 and is targeted at black and minority ethnic groups, including faith groups, gypsies and travellers and migrant workers who live in the Winchester District.

The aim of the project is to increase empowerment and social inclusion by identifying, engaging with and supporting black and minority ethnic communities across the District.
