About this deal

It features independently-adjustable legs with five positions, extending from 5" to 9", and allows for up to 180° front-to-back adjustment, 30° pan, and 30° cant adjustment.

Pans 30° left or right for smooth target tracking, plus 30° of cant adjustment makes it easy to align your crosshairs, regardless of terrain. Finally, it's an Atlas pod, so you can also use their plethora of interchangeable pads and feet, making it a bipod that can be used on a bench or in the field. For example, they say it mounts and detaches easily from the picatinny rail with the ADM S lever, and it's quick to deploy and adjust. It's extremely well made and offers the opportunity for both roll and yaw adjustments in the prone position which are just not available with other bipods.Precision CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum with a MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail pattern for versatile sight mounting. Never substitute smokeless powder for black powder or Pyrodex because smokeless powder is much more powerful than black powder. With that, it was very easy to move the weapon over to each side of the shooter bench and still pan the weapon over on the bipod to see center target. It looks as if the Atlas locks in the folded position as well as the position you set it in and so might answer my problem with the Tier one, but are there are factors that other people have found with the Atlas that have put them off and what were they?

In January of 2000, after the trials and challenges of modeling, prototyping and testing, the patented Accu-Shot monopod was introduced to the market, becoming the “Sandbag of the 21st Century”. Folded reward towards the grip is still allows me to fit the whole package in a discrete carry bag which is exactly what I wanted. Features the original KMW “Pod-Loc™” to adjust and lock the canting motion, with a height range of 4. The M-LOK QD Sling Mount is designed for use with the Magpul MS4 Sling and other push-button QD slings. The V8 Atlas Bipods are lightweight and feature durable stainless steel locking components with rubber feet for a stable shooting platform.if you're looking to use a bipod during reacting and movement to contact, you obviously have never been in combat. It is just in another league from ones I have had before and is a whole new concept with a spring less design. Offering the strength and stability that shooters demand, the atlas provides rock solid support while weighing less than 11 ounces. I tired several of the in grip models as well as others and while some were quick to deploy they set up at pretty much a fixed height so would not adapt to much. My favorite feature: Extend the legs fully, then run them parallel to the barrel and finally, angle them off to the side of the gun.

Note: By "not quick to deploy" I mean they're slower than other styles; still easy and very versatile, just not as quick as others which may not be good for a immediate action. Installation requires a sling stud and spacer or machine screws, which are not included with the ACCU-SHOT Picatinny Rail Adapter. Wir benötigen für die Überlassung einer Schusswaffe / eines Schalldämpfers folgende Daten von Ihnen: - Scan Ihrer. It differs from the V8 with non-rotational legs, fore and aft pivot limiting bosses and an estimated 40% stronger inner leg. With the option to effectively provide a variety of bipods in one unit, the purchase is worthwhile for shooters with multiple rifles.

As well as ‘cant’ you also have ‘pan’ on the Atlas, all controlled with +/-15 degree range of movement and tensioned with a knurled knob on the underside of the Picatinny base unit. I currently use with the bt cal version as the panning facility wasn't required and the wider leg position was more stable. They mention that it's extremely well made, looks good and that it gives them the flexibility to avoid unnecessary weight. It is constructed with 6061-T6 aluminum and 7075-T6 aluminum for the inner legs, with a Mil-Spec Type III hard coat anodized finish. Tall Bipod is designed without the Panning feature and is approximately 2 inches taller than the standard version, with a height range of 8.
