The best thing about this book is that it’s enlightening without being preachy (which is the first reason that makes me love a non-fiction book). Partly because she is modest about her successes, open about her difficulties and generous about her husband and the team who support her. I didn’t feel there were many super inspiring points although I had a few snippets of reminders to self I picked up on, which was really what I needed.

I don't think it's a coincidence that you can't pick up your phone when your hands are covered in dough or clay, or busy weaving. Even though Anya’s experience is far beyond mine I found myself on nearly every page either making notes or having this overwhelming sense I was walking in similar footsteps and finally someone who understood.I really enjoyed the first 80-odd pages of the book, and found myself thinking 'this author is a Wise Person'.
